P&Z Board Renews Muckle Road Waste Permit

The Bloomfield Planning and Zoning Commission renewed a special permit for the Central Recycling waste-transfer facility at 33 Muckle Road, extending approval to May 28, 2034, after engineer Ed Lally said the required annual renewal had lapsed for six years.
